SOME ADVICE FROM FR GORMAN

In a recent radio interview Fr Owen Gorman made two points about fasting during this season both relating to moderation. Firstly he mentions its Christmas party season and how do we manage this. We attend put perhaps make slightly different choices, for example order the fish rather than the steak or the fruit cocktail rather that the sticky toffee pudding. Likewise in Sundays and Solemnity when disciplines are relaxed we need to avoid over indulgence also.
